Shipping Fee add- on for Alaska and Hawaii orders.
Please note that because of recent shipping hikes, DOLL shipments to ALASKA & HAWAII will be subject to an additional $10 shipping fee ( for dolls). Please be sure to add the Alaska/Hawaii Shipping fee to your cart when placing your order, otherwise your additional shipping fee will have to be invoiced separately in order for your order to be processed.
Additional fee only applies to dolls - small items such as clothing/ wigs/ shoes can still be shipped with the same standard US shipping fee calculated by the cart.
General Shipping Policy.
As we are shipping through Canada Post, we are bound by their prices and regulations. We do not under declare our items for customs.
We ship every Monday and Friday.
All packages under 1 kg (that fit the requisite dimensions, usually MSD sized or smaller) will be sent via CP's Small package airmail, which already include insurance up to $100.Packages that exceed this weight or the dimension restrictions will have to have additional shipping costs; the same applies for packages that require additional insurance / tracking numbers. Dolls will be sent via CP Package rate, with insurance appropriate to each; larger dolls (SD, 70cm, big packages) cannot go via Canada Post Airmail because of size restrictions.
For packages going to Europe, Asia or South America, we STRONGLY recommend that you update to EMS, as its safer and will provide you with a tracking number if you do.
For dolls (or bigger/heavier items):
Most will ship via Canada Post as well; for oversized items we reserve the right to ship via FedEx ground ( because of size restrictions on CP).
PLEASE NOTE - FedEx DOES NOT deliver to PO Boxes. This means that if you're ordering a doll or heavy/ bulky item you will have to provide an actual address.
Also - we've been forced to introduce these policy changes:
- No shipping to 3rd party addresses. If you are buying for a friend, we suggest that you use our gift certificate options. We can only ship to the Paypal payment address. No exceptions.
- No splits. It is not our responsability to calculate your splits and shipping for you. We will ship orders to ONE ADDRESS ONLY. We will not calculate separate shipping costs for group member participants or ship to separate addresses, other than the one through which the order was placed.
- No changing shipping destinations after your shipment has left. Once it has shipped, it is out of our hands. Please make certain your shipping information is kept up to date.
- No split shipping. If you want in -stock items shipped ahead of pre-ordered ones, you will have to pay for separate shipping fees -- -as there will be 2 shipments, not just one.
We can provide alternative shipping options such as EMS on request - not all are available to all countries, and some are prohibitively expensive. Still, if you would like us to look into other ways of shipping your package on your behalf, please contact customer service.
For international orders, especially to Europe and Latin america or dolls, we're forced to insist on EMS - our apologies at the costly option, but its the only way to provide tracking for your peace of mind and ours. I f you choose the less expensive airmail shipping which does not carry tracking we cannot be responsible for items lostin transit.
TO OUR RUSSIAN CUSTOMERS:
We have opened up shipping to the Russian Federations with a couple of restrictions:
Please note we will not ship dolls bigger than an MSD there.
Shipping is very expensive, and will not carry tracking; we cannot be held responsible for damages in transit or missing parcels.
As paypal cannot process refunds to Russian paypal accounts, unfortunately no refunds will be offered.
We understand given these conditions many of our russian customers may choose not to purchase from us; regrettably it is the only way we can offer any sort of shipping to your country at the moment.
Please allow appropriate production times for pre-ordered dolls and clothing. As Featherfall is by and large a retailer, all the production times listed are estimates supplied by our suppliers; although we do our best to keep you updated on delays and production issues, this is not always possible. We are subject to the estimates given by our suppliers, and can't do anything about production or shipping time delays; this is why we cannot guarantee a delivery date. That being said, all the companies we carry are known for their reliability and customer care, so they do their best to get their products out in a timely fashion.

Please allow 7 -10 days for production. Shipping will take upto 5 to 7 days business days via FedEx, 2-4 weeks via CP Airmail.
Because most things are made on order, we do not take returns unless there is a defect with the garment or accessory. If there is an issue, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your order's arrival, and provide photos of damage/ concerns.
As production/ shipping times for pre-order items are out of our control, there will be no refunds based on these. If production times are a concern please contact customer service and inquire as to which items are currently in stock.
Refunded orders once approved will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
